Die Rede ist von „Kunsttherapie“, eine Therapieform die in Deutschland erst seit den 60er Jahren publik wurde. Es handelt sich um eine Therapie, die in den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen der Förderung und Unterstützung angewendet werden kann.

Ich möchte mein Augenmerk jedoch auf die Kleinkindpädagogik setzen, da ich der Meinung bin, dass unsere Kinder der elementare Grundbaustein zu unserer Zukunft sind. Zudem haben Kinder einen ganz besonderen Bezug zur bildnerischen Darstellung, der für sie eine ganz individuelle shape der Kommunikation darstellt. Da es so viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten, Methoden und Variationen in der Kunsttherapie gibt, setzte ich die Schwerpunkte in dieser Ausarbeitung additionally in der Kinderpädagogik und in der bildnerischen Darstellung. Wichtig ist mir auch ein chronologischer Aufbau der Innhalte, um die ganzen Zusammenhänge besser Darstellen zu können. Deswegen werde ich den Begriff „Kunsttherapie“ sowie seine geschichtlichen Hintergründe auch näher erläutern. Anschließend werde ich kurz auf die verschiedenen Anwendungsbereiche und Funktionen der Kunsttherapie eingehen, bevor ich dann auf die kindliche Darstellungsform des Malens, auf die kunsttherapeutische Praxis mit Kindern sowie die sozialpädagogischen Aufgabenstellungen in der Kunsttherapie übergehe.
